Players joining mid game

OFP Res is really the best game about combat. However one feature is missing to make it the "PERFECT GAME" is the ability of players to join during a game.

I really hope you are working on it, because this is really a long missed feature.
This would help to make longer combats even more timeframe realistic wars when players can join and leave the battlefiled and be able to rejoin hours later.
