alright how can I insert sounds/voices so that I can use them to issue orders through the radio to other squads? Like "Alpha ready GO GO GO!"

Well easiest way would be to sample your own Speach, and use it.
I do it that way and use a tool for changing my voice so it sounds that the voice/sound comes out of a radio.
I am on a coop/res where i use diffrent voice so it sounds Papa Bear and troops comunicate with each other.
