Don't know if anyone has asked for anything similar, but it'd be useful if you could set what vehicles a soldier can use, for example in OFP at the moment, you can take a civilian housewife and have her fly an A-10, which would take months of training to be able to operate http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard301/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif
What I'm suggesting is like a series of checkboxes such as 'Can drive cars' 'Can drive armour' 'Can fly helicopters', either that or a series of sliders which effect the control of the vehicle, i.e. a low slide giving reduced control etc.
It would probably be only useful for human players, but it could add an element to multiplayer so you have to pick your best drivers and pilots and look after them.
