More crew positions

I would like to see the abillity to have more crew positions. By this i mean something like this.
-Abillity to have 2 pilots in choppers and planes.
Selection would be 1st pilot 2nd pilot.
-Abillity to have multiple gunner position in choppers, planes and vehicles.
Selection would be gunner 1, gunner 2, gunner 3......
-Abillity to have a loader on tanks and artillery which needs to be there for the canon to be reloaded and maybe more than one on artillery cannons.
Selection would be loader 1, loader 2, loader 3....
-Maybe also to have other crew positions like a crew chief in choppers and planes or support crew, without having it as cargo position.
Selection would be crew 1, crew 2, crew 3......

Ever gon be any feedback from some OFP peaople, Puma or Marek, that our ideas are being heard and seriously considered.

I know itd be hard to implement EVERY idea, but there are some really good ideas floatin around here.
