Change time of day

This should be possible. Can I change the time of day in the game by using a trigger.?!

12 is the time to skip in hours

one other thing how do i get the scud to launch 5 minutes after a trigger is activated and hpow do i set its target. I,ve never used the scud before so am a bit confused

im not sure bout the trigger part but i know u can't set it a target. u have to make a explosion in the game to make it look like it has hit something. and don't ask how to do it i have only read bout it.
