Multiplayer campaign?

Just curious to know, is it technically possible to create custom Multiplayer campaigns?

just make a campaign as normal and add a soilder with playable aswell as having u as player. wen u link coms up u select who u wanna be and the other player. u could even have him as the enemy and see how good he is.
