no matter where i go i can't find a bloody thing to activate my outros or even a simple script to help. if u know wot ur talking bout plz explain it slow. don't even say goto concept-5 cuz i have searched there

plz help me i want to get it on the net and maybe get it on PC gamer but i can't becuz the mission looks stupid without the endings and that could boost my chances of getting it burnt onto disc.

It seems effectivelly somewhat difficult. I have not yet tested everything, but I think the OutRos is executed only when the mission end is reached.
As such, you will need to have a script or, much easier, a trigger, that fires the End1 event. Then, I guess the Outros Win will execute. When you want to run outro in editor, you must have player placed in it.
If you want test outro in mission :
outro-win is started after succesfully accomplished mission (trigger type end#1 - end#6)
outro-loose is started by trigger type loose
