you can sync units to events so they happen at the same time etc by holding down F5 and dragging to what you want it to happen with eg

sync to make a truck wait for a person to get in before moving on :

make a waypoint form the truck (MOVE) make it realy near the truck.

then get a group of men and have a getin WP and put it on the move waypoint and sync them together

that is just one example
