or by some script or code it can be done only i dont understand a f*** about that

Yes, but even if I only try:
this removeweapon "HK" or
this removeweapons "para" (with parachuter called para)

nothing happens. If I try this with any soldier it works, but maybe because it's stated under "air" instead of "men" this doesn't work this way. But there has top be a way, it's important for finishing my mission.
