Redhammer-4 vulcans

Have destroyed first 2 Vulcans, travel to next base whilst being shelled by ship. Cannot destroy next base, i`ve tried sniping, using LAW from top of hill, but keep getting killed by Grenade/Mortar? Help would be much appreciated

I was having trouble with the first base, not the second.
I was just lying down on the hill killing all the enemys. The ones I did'nt get did my soldiers take care of..

After all enemys were killed, did I take out the vulcans..

stand at the very edge of the hill with a law, have ur truck near by so you can make a speedy exit, once at the very edge fire a LAW's at the vulcans, the entire base will start shooting at you so get out of there as fast as you can

First, definately get the sniper (3) to pick up another weapon so you can take his gun!
Capture the island first, using squad to attack and sniping in support from the bushes. Beware the small boat on the coast to the east of the connecting road.
When no enemy troops are left, Grab a couple of LAWs/RPGs and kill vulcans from behind crest of hills after crawling towards them then kneeling so still partly conceeled.
I think there is an M20 there somewhere (tents? can't remember) to give back to your sniper.

Remember to rearm at the truck if need be.
Drive to furthest set of vulcans, hiding behind the large SE hill
Climb to top (with sniper if wish) & crawl towards edge.
Snipe all troops you can see.
When all done, use LAW/RPG on vulcans.
Should be easy really if you are good with the sniper rifle or use the alt-tab trick to save more than once... only loss was my stupid sniper who stood up & then got turned to dog food by the 3rd Vulcan... DOH!

Pull the truck off the road just before the anti tank obstacles so your belooking at the back (right) of the camp.
Make all of your patrol go prone at the top of the hill, then open fire on the enemy patrol that is patrolling accross to the left. The Vulcan will not open fire unless you stand up or shoot directly at it, so the next job is take out the vulcan you can see.

Now take out every other soldier and the M2 gunners (Still lying prone on the hill), I then fired the other LAW I had picked up at the first Enemy Vulcan base, at what little I could see of the other Vulcan (Behind building).

Once I was sure of all enemy soldiers and snipers being dead I ran down to the dead bodies and picked up as many grenades as possible and started throwing grenades over the top of the building at the Vulcan, never actually seeing it.

I didn't even take out the M2 gunners.. I just used the buildings to block their field of fire, and took out the two Vulcans.. then stole the Hum-vee and rushed up to the road, and drove away..
