To all the Quake heads

To all the Quake Heads out there playing on gamespy. Dont enter a match only to find out there arent 50 helicopters, 50 tanks, and several hundred jeeps for you to reek havok. Some of us prefer to use skill and tactics when we play so we dont need a bunch of quakers using up a slot only to quit 2 minutes into it because they lack the skill and patience to play a serious game.

Arcade is just for quickes, serious OFP is between you and your squad/established friends on a dedicated server, I know you're a serious Flash Pointer so you should already know that.

on your SLIGHT directed to the quake community:
Without quake heads there wouldn't have been a hardcore gaming community. So show some d*amn respect! Another thing, what vehicles are there in Quake? You're making a comparison between Quake players and an overdependency on vehicles, yet there aaaare no vehicles in quake (alright i'll count the rocket launcher)...maybe you'll want to readdress your post to Tribes players (http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard3/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif), but I suggest you rephrase it so it doesn't come across as whiney unless you want to see if you can put another foot in your mouth.

I actually had a guy b*tching at me last night because I was hiding in a bush..."bush hiding panzy"...this is the kind of person I think they are talking about above when they talk about quake...This is by no means meant to cut on folks that enjoy quake or similar games...but rather...a stab at the folks that think running into the middle of town with an m60 and spraying until the clip is gone is a good tactic for OFP...myself, I enjoy these folks as they make great targets...but it does get old when the people start complaining because you refuse to employ the same method.

"spawn camper"
"quake heads"

Yea What ever, I played DOOM and Decent before Quake was twinkle in Ramero's eye, there was plenty of gamers then to have a Commmunity

Yeah you remember playing Doom/descent over the internet?

Doom was created by id software, who went on to make Quake...these guys are the ULTIMATE QUAKE HEADS. Before it the closest you would get would be DWANGO (ugh), or Duke Nuke'm on TEN (baaarf)...unless you had a Mac but I dare not go there.

Oh yeah and take the bush comments as a complement, afterall what is Real life all about but findin' some good bush (that and corpses don't have the right to complain about fair)
