How do I make soldiers stay couched

I made a mission where some russians are behind one of those sandbag fences but once the shooting begins they go prone and their top half of their body is visible but the other half is on the other side of the sandbags making them really hard to kill.

How can I get soldiers to stay standing up or crouched during a firefight?

unitname setunitpos "up/down/auto"

unitname = the name of the unit
up = stand
down = (yes it's down)
auto = unit choose automatically

if on careless the units dont care wether someones shooting or not.
