Here come the stupid questions

Hi all, been reading all i can about this topic, I am a beginner and I want to model a Mig-19 or 21, because I think the shape won't be too hard to construct (I hope) but I need to know how to transfer a 3-view drawing into oxygen, from a 3 view drawing found on the net.
