Iron sights

Hi everyone!
I need major help. I have searched high and low and cannot find help on making iron sights/editing them/placing them. The only link I found was...[URL=http://www.baconbomb.com/modworks/tut_ofp_custom_optics.html]...but it didn't help.

Can someone out there please help me with this problem?
