The Map Editor we have lacks templates - for the wizard...yes the coding, the program is only half-done pretty much (incomplete) but with tons (I mean 100+) Mission templates we could start making more complex mission quicker...rather than wanking around each other for script tips.

apparently they have only got round half way and they r still testing it so im not sure. but i want it now. im gunna make the best landscapes........

one thing that really annoys me tho is that i wanna know when virtual reality games come out llike this.....



they r gunna be huge, and i wanted it to be like band of brothers where u have to slowly take over towns and move across the country. u with ur rifle and shooting snipers in towers and stuff... how cool willl that be.

This is gonna sound stupid is it a map editor or a mission editor. If it is a map editor is it making entirely new islands or just changing the stuff on the island eg. woods?

If it is a map editor, that would be so cool.

Well, it is as one could anticipate: if BIS dont give us Visitor (the real map editor), we make our own. And start cracking, hacking and mincing the game to pieces... It would be better if we at least could get the official tools to do the work.

Some questions,
Is this TERRAIN EDITOR done by BI?
If no, does it effect FADE PROTECTION??
Does it effect in MP if others don't have it??( like some ADDONS did for buildings )??

Its not BI... They would have given us as I said Visitor. Its a homemade thing I think. Not very hard once one figure out the wrp format.

the multiplayer effect will probably be similar to that of the Winter Kolgujev - Its a new island maker rather than an object pack - the island will be needed. However I doubt that the editor would be needed too
