3ds import error

HI !
every time i want to import a *.3ds file into o2 the error "Missing KFDATA section" comes. Sometimes o2 crashes when i want to import a 3ds file. whats wrong ? how to creat this KFDATA ?

What program do you use to model? What do you use to convert your models into .3ds etc etc. Because i use Lightwave, and when trying to export to .3ds and then import into O2, i get the same error, i have to use an external program, Deep Exploration, to convert my models.

I have had this problem and fixed it thanks to someone elses suggestion. You need to get hold of a program called anim8or which has a debugging option called Dummy KFDATA, or soemthing like that. What kind of 3Ds is that?...

I make my model in 3DMAX4 then export it to 3ds and import it without any problem in O2....

...???
