How do i use setvelocity?

Do I use it through a script or a trigger or what? I know it is not "this setvelocity 100" or anytihng like that, If it is a script can someone show me a full script that has an object flying around? I want to recreate a tornado with flying cars and other objects, not jsut flying in one direction, but say in a circle.

Setvelocity is a scripting command. Look around in the mission editing forum. It has been covered plenty of times.
