Little problem whit external viewer

When i open the external viewer from O2, i get this error message: No entry bin\config.bin.Cfg worlds.
What I must do?

I have another problem.
There is a error message like
"Cannot open object data3d/str borvice horska.p3d"
When I open viewer from Oxygen and a screen is always
night and I can't look the detail of object!
Help me!
Please turn my viewer night to day!

Yeah here is night too:)

When I added the -noland command it went bright - BUT now I dont have textures on my models!!!!
WTF?

And why O2 always runs Buldozer at startup???
