Big problem

Hey, I can't believe this.
I've just got the letter fro BiS that I can acces the webpage and every time I open it it wants me to log in three times.
And for worse when I write it down the page won't load http://www.flashpoint1985.com/ikonboard301/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif .
Says my browser can't open it or I wrote a bad password.
