I've got three aircraft that need to be completed in O2, but done have time at the moment, all three are 3DS format without textures.

unless you want them to fly across the map in about 2 seconds, I'd suggest doing some slower planes:) of course you could slow them down alot and not have the feeling of a real stealth plane:)

B-2 goes about 500-600 at the fastest
and the other two aren't stealth, SR-71 is recon and B-1 is a high speed bomber (mach 1+)

I'd like to see something along the lines of a Tu-95 Bear or B-52

(Oh yeah, i have no experience and dont know how to work 3DS or O2, so i cant help ya)

Althought the B-1 isn't officialy a stealth a/c it has a cross section 1/100th of the B-52.

I've just tried to make the basic shell for a B-52 in O2 and had O2 crash while placing top plan view of plane.
I think I may have overload O2 some where, as the measurements I was inputting were 48.5mx12.4mx56.4m

I've just transfered a C-5 Galaxy for 3DMax, but having problems with scales.
If anyone interested in finishing the C-5 or wants the B-52 plans, I'll send them through.

theres a russian equilvant to the bi1, it flys a bit faster can carry more bombs and can fly higher hell its way cooler.

The Yak-38 is a V/STOL Russian aircraft, which was (and probably still are) used on Russian carriers.... sorta like the Harrier&#39;s counterpart... i guess

if you make a B-1, please get the sound right.... this bitch is LOUD&#33;&#33; it&#39;s the loudest jet/airplane/helicopter i&#39;ve EVER heard (and ive heard quite a few). it really strikes fear into the people on the ground.... even if you know it&#39;s not really gonna shoot at you, cuz it&#39;s just so damn loud lol

If someone makes a Yak-38 they should make it really diffucult to control and fly. Half of the Yak38s produced have been lost in crashed.

A B1 or something along that line would be great, better yet Russian bomber of somesort to even up the sides somewhat.

I don&#39;t think any more Jets are needed ,but thats my opionion,we already have a few and people should only make prop planes or slower ones.

I really like choppers and Russian side needs more of them&#33;&#33;

I think we need to look at planes like the f-14, f-111, the intruder, etc...,

as these all were available in Nam. and the cold war era.

As for the Blackjack and such, they are nice plane, but are all supersonic planes, if I remember right the Blackjack is faster than the B-1

hey dude I don&#39;t think you should make more fast planes like tomcats and that stuff ( f-14 wasn&#39;t available nam by the way ) the islands just aren&#39;t big enough for them. They just don&#39;t fit in the game unless you make some huge changes into the game-engine

The A-6 Intruder would be great. It&#39;s small and relatively slow, and perfect for CAS and bombing runs.

Maximum weight is more than twice the empty (dry and no ordnance) weight. This beast can carry 2.5 times the bomb load of an F-14 Tomcat&#33;

An A-6 would be real nice. I don&#39;t care much for the Corsair. Just doesn&#39;t have the right feel about it, not as classy a bird as the Intruder (not as capable either).

To add to Misterr Frags comment about it&#39;s payload capacity, the A-6 can carry a heavier bombload that the B-17 could. I was really surprised when I first heard that.

Actually I think the F-14s were available right at the very end of Vietnam. I think they covered the evac from Saigon.

Wow, you&#39;re right&#33; I found some references:

Well guys I&#39;ve good some good news for you&#33;&#33;&#33;&#33;

I&#39;ve started the A-6A Intruder, and am about 75% complete on the body.

All that&#39;s left to do is the landing gear, cockpit, hardpoints, weapons & textures.
