Right scale and holding it in the right direction

I have finished two models now.
One Pistol 88 (Glock 17) and one AK5B Suppressed.

Here is what happens with the Glock.

The same thing happens to the AK5 but the Ak5 is also kind of "laying down".

How do I fix this?

when you're importing 3ds to oxy set the scae to "1 : 100" by defualt there is "1: 10"
