What do you need a .paa for?

Use TexView (ftp://www.flashpoint1985.com/fp/TexView_11.zip) to convert .jpg or .tga files to .paa/.pac files.

And this is posted in "Squads"? Why?

paa can be used for windows so its for tga files with alpha channel in it the pac format is for normal use for textures without alpha channels
