to get your IP. But when i go there it says "The page cannot be found" error crap. Whats with all this crap. I just want to play multiplayer, not spend hours trying to set it up.

Yea, If you have a certain ISP, WINIPCFG will not work, that address was correct that the manual gave you, it's just you they hid that area. I have the correct address right here.
