There is one, I had one that was made by someone called Cumboy.  Go ask anyone at Operation Flashpoint Editing Center Forum (http://www.ofpeditingcenter.com/Default.asp) about Cumboy and you might change your mind in wanting to get his addon.

I'd go for the TJP MH-60G "Pavehawk" (http://www.ofpeditingcenter.com/addon_depot/default.asp) at the OFP Editing Center Addons Depot, it's much more "realistic" than just a black UH-60.  I think that the downloads are still down, but will open up soon, I hope.
