ACE 2 scrip_stamina.hpp not found?

The ACE thread got closed so I have to ask here. Recently I installed ACE 2 (1.3), extracted the userconfig for it to look like userconfig/ace/*.hpp. But when start I get this error:

Problem is, I don't even have that file (At first I thought I might just need to create/move some hpp files). How am I supposed to get this file? I googled but looked like no one has encountered this error before. Help please.

I had a similar hpp error until I deleted my Arma2oa.cfg which seemed to solve whatever was causing the issue.
