Is it possible to get hold of the dedicated server files yet to start servers?

I am just running the normal exe with the "-server" parameter for now. Seems to do the job.

There are two ways to launch a dedicated server in Iron Front:

1) To launch the IronFrontServer.exe
2) to make a shortcut of the IronFront.exe and put the "-server" at the shortcut properties, so it will look like "C:\ProgramFiles\AWAR\Iron Front\ironfront.exe" -server

At the moment, due to technical reasons, the released version does not include the IronFrontServer.exe, so you can try the second method. The IronFrontServer.exe will be included in a patch soon.
