I didn't knew where to put this topic, then i've put it here.

When i try to browse http://forums.bistudio.com on my home PC i recieve such a message:

Error 403

We're sorry, but we could not fulfill your request for

You do not have permission to access this server. Before trying again, run anti-virus and anti-spyware software and remove any viruses and spyware from your computer.

Your technical support key is: *53a8-4b09-2b02-1b1f*

You can use this key to fix this problem yourself <http://www.ioerror.us/bb2-support-key?key=53a8-4b09-2b02-1b1f>.

If you are unable to fix the problem yourself, please contact placebo(@<hidden>)bistudio(.)com <mailto:placebo%28@<hidden>%29bistudio%28.%29com> and be sure to provide the technical support key shown above.

Sometimes i have access to this forum but rather seldom. I've checked my disk couple of times with antivirus (ESET) and there is no threats. I also checked second computer (i am behind firewall). Nothing special too.
Can anybody (administrator?) say to me where is the problem or what should i do?
Of course i can contact via mail with placebo (error message says it), but when i try to do this, email address which is automatically typed into mail message is wrong (instead "placebo@<hidden>" i recieve "placebo(@<hidden>)bistudio(.)com"). Because of that i threat this error 403 as a suspicious (or potential threat for my PC) too.
Any advices?

It happens when you are using banned proxies. If you use stealthy and forget to turn it off when browsing this forum you may not be able to access it.

It can be a hassle if you try to watch youtube videos outside designated countries while browsing this forum, but it is probably done to prevent spammers.

Only proxy i use is that one from provider.
What do you mean when you say "use stealthy"? Do you think about some software?
Only modification i use in browser (FiFox) which can affect on content of this site is adBlock.

i wonder if people even bother to read the message they receive, and You posted

it has URL, which leads here http://www.ioerror.us/bb2-support-key?key=53a8-4b09-2b02-1b1f

where it explains to You the IP is listed on ProjectHoneyPot.org as spam source
so all You need is visit the page http://www.projecthoneypot.org/ip_83.168.75.9
from the very same IP to get unlisted and voila , access restored

Your sarcasm isn't necessary, i'm not and idiot and i can read. I will surprise you: i used this link but in my case it gives me nothing.
But ok. I will try once again later. Maybe indeed i have virus or something.

remember to read what exactly the message says

you must visit the Project Honey Pot page from the very same IP
so if You IP already changed you must replace that in the link ...

if you got skype i can help You there ... or via PM ...

definitely check Your actual IP in the Project Honey Pot database

I've solve this problem.
On Project Honey Pot site there is a link (whitelist) which lead to form i need to fiil if i want to return my IP to whitelist.
In this form I had to put my mail (i don't know what for - i've put some from yopmail) and rewrited code from picture.
After about one hour my IP is treat by this forum normally.
Dwarden, thanks for guides. Now i have normall access to biForum.

thanks for info, seems like they changed a bit the whitelisting process

or maybe in Your case the de-listing needs whitelist step (probably too problematic IP reports)

anyway i keep that in mind for future
