command summary for TKOH

Is there a single page command summary for TKOH? I thought i saw one or one for another BI game but I can't seem to find it....

could someone post a link to it here?

I can't find one for Take on yet sorry. It's almost the same except for the new helicopter command that you should bind somewhere on your stick :)
