Hi!! I have a small curiosity How I can to open the rear door of the medium helicopter? Regards!

Without freelook (Alt) you should be able to point at the door handle and an action will appear. Pressing LMB will activate the action and open the door (if it's not locked).
With freelook, you will see all available actions on the helicopter in 3D, so they will be easier to fnid.
