Problem with patch

I've downloaded the patch but when I go to apply it I get an error message stating that it couldnt be applied as the TakeOnH.exe was running? the game wasnt running so Im confused how to get this patch working?

Is there a patch for the patch???????

Sometimes, especially after a crash the exe may still be loaded. Check in the task manager to see if you can spot it. If you do, you can right-click and 'end process'. Alternatively a re-boot usually sorts it out.
