Speeding up time not working

When using the time compression function ( - and + keys), speeing up to 4x speed seems to do nothing. It still takes the same painfully long time to fly anywhere. I even landed it one time, in 4x, with no perceptable difference.

Sometimes speeding up time is disabled because of certain triggers/scripts etc that will get fubar. I guess you are using it during the career? Or in the editor/freeflight?

Yep, using it in career. If it's due scripting, I Never noticed this in ArmA series though

I've noticed that sometimes there is a limit to how fast you can accellerate time due to the game load. I think if you reduce your quality settings you will notice time compression works much better.
