The Take On Helicopters digital launch, due 27.10, will be English-only, I'm afraid.

However, we are actively pursuing support for other languages! We'll be certain to update everyone with information once other languages can be 100% confirmed.

haha I was already scared out ... have to wait 1 month Thursday of this week;)

markoita, if the Italian Steam version gets released at a later date then it will be a patch that is applied to your game installation. No need to download the full game again.

I think it shows that it will be released on DVD. It also shows that there is no retail distributor for Italy (yet) ... So yeah I think it answers his question.

I think it depends on distributor and country. Arma 2 was not directly available in retail stores in my country for example.
