BI Editing Tools 2 is a corrupted download

All I want to do is listen to some wss files, but my searches yield nothing but downright impressive numbers of dead links and broken utilities.

The official BI tools downloaded from the wiki site won't extract. Someone help me out please, and link me something that will work.

there needs to be something wrong with your connection. I have just downloaded and extracted bi tools for OA, as well as the ones for A2 without issues.
