View Full Version : Mouse in menu not exactly matching
I noticed that the mouse click did not exactly match on where I clicked.
I made of a short video of it where this can be seen. In the Single Player mission I click clearly on the last one, but the one above gets selected:

(requires browser capable of viewing ogg video format, e.g. firefox)

Oh, OK; it's the first time I saw this and I thought it was because of the changed layout. Ops.

Me neither.
Maybe it’s a ATI/AMD GPU thing?

I've had the issue too, ATI 6970. Think it has to do something with:
Resolution, Render Resolution, Aspect Ratio and UI Size.
(Render resolution probably least possible candidate as it shouldn't mess with UI).
The issue is very noticeable for me in windowed mode 800x600 (4:3), while aspect ratio is set to 16:10 :D
I'm on 1600x1200 if that matters, but I didn't fiddle with aspect ratio, it's always 4:3.
The video seems to no longer work, yet I think I have fixed identical issue in A2:OA 84874. The issue was caused by rounding of line size to whole pixels being performed in rendering, but not in the selection.

:yay:
Btw, video works, you need a ogg video compatible browser though ... FSF FTW ;)

C'mon, give him a break, his engine runs ogg, just his browser is obsolete! :p
