Know of Any Driving Games That Allow Modding?

Does anyone know of any driving games that allow modders to make and import their own cars?

Any Google search I come up with for modding cars typically ends up bringing results for real cars. :rolleyes:

rFactor and games based on its engine like GTR2, Race 07...

NFS Shift and Shift 2 have some mods but modding was never officially supported.

Modding for the latest GTA is also very popular, as we could see with the ripped arma2 content they have had :D

I remember giving that a go once, impressive and enjoyable but a bit of a pain to use with a keyboard. Will have to try it again if it's still free see how it's changed.

A Cobra and Seahawk helicopter mods for GTA4, they're from ARMA2.

Trackmania Nations Forever? That game is free too. You can get custom car skins and models and also design your own track.
