Scenarios: My Missions

When I setup a mission, say for instance the (4)Combat mission under Scenarios, how do I make it so the units I spawn with are US soldiers? As default they appear to be German units. Is there any way I can change this?

Disable any mods/replacement packs. There isn't any German units in the game by default

There is German special forces (KSK) units in A2:OA.

I don't think there's a way to change the default units under My Missions. Most people just use the real mission editor to get full control of editing.

Oh yes I definitely like the real mission editor, I just found that a fun mode was the Combat mode under the scenariors since it creates random mini missions within the patrol like rescuing someone, taking out a target, ambushing a convoy, etc.

Is there any way to use those random mini missions with the full editor?

No.

In Operation Arrowhead the troops are always German.

In BAF the troops are always British.

In the other type of "My Missions" you can select any troops you wish including the very cool Private Military Company.
