Wont let me play online? Help please.

Well ok I may have installed a mod, and I have taken everything out of the addons folder, and when I try to join a game online it will load, but then take me back to the servers list.

When it says that: steven connected (Which is my name on there) it says I uses modified CA.

Anyone know what that means thank you.
