How to update the linux server without having to upload 13GB via 60KB/s DSL?

How am I going to do this, I CANNOT upload 13GB via home DSL onto my dedicated server. Can somebody help me out here? I don't understand why BI has such a frustrating process here. Can somebody PM or add me on steam (http://steamcommunity.com/id/frogfoot9942) and give me a download to their server content for OA 1.59 and/or A2 1.0.9? This isnt doable for me and so far its been a waste of time and bandwidth :(

Ask a fellow server admin for a server to server transfer.

That said most people have no problems upload the GB at the speed. Why do you?
The only issue is a traffic limit some ISP have.

Because I am running on a very active connection and I require that my UL isnt being heavily consumed 24/7 for 3 days.

1: Do dir /N /S>1.57.txt of your main ArmA2 dir
2: Update game
3: Do dir /N /S>1.59.txt of your main ArmA2 dir
4: Compare 1.57.txt with 1.59.txt, note which files is modified/added
5: Upload new/modified files
6: Install 1.59 server
7: Play
