Is it possible to install the O2 without installing ARMA2?

yes, it is, or at least the BIS Tools as a whole (i have 'em on my laptop - no arma2)

My idea is to install on my notebook that does not support ArmA2.
I just want to continue my work when you can not use my desktop.
