Invalid CD KEY

I purchased a copy of ARMA II OAH back in October from a retail games outlet. I've been holing off the install till now due to Vid card upgrades & new OS.

Problem is its saying that the CD Key provided on the back of the booklet is invalid. But it is the one that came with the game. Apparently this is a "non refundable game" according to EBGames which is where I purchased it from.

Any sudgestions??

contact the shop were you bought it from.

As Demonized mentioned above, you should contact the publisher of which ever version of the game you have and they may provide you with a new CD Key if you can provide proof of purchase/ownership. This isn't something BIS can help you with unless your purchase was from Sprocket. Sorry.

If the characters are not very readable, try the usual: replace O with 0, I with 1 etc.

If that doesn't work contact EBGames support, and as a last resort see if Placebo (http://forums.bistudio.com/member.php?u=9860) can help you out.
