Player and vehicle Control

Is it possible to play the game on foot as a KBD & MSE configuration, and then as soon as you are in a vehicle use the joystick?

One question though, is it possible to reverse the throttle control on my MS SW, sliding back the throttle to increase torque is kinda backward in my head, would be nice if it could be reveresed, up is up and down is down etc

Anybody?
