arma2 + arrowhead on same server

on my dedicated server I have arma2 on.
Now I've also installed arrowhead standalone.
on my server panel there is like a switch that let me choose if I want to start arma2 or arrowhead.
Is there a way to setup my server to start arma2 with arrowhead like CombatOperations?

Start the Arrowhead server executable and load Arma2 content as a mod.

I simply made a copy of my OA install and then copied the A2 folder into it and called it combined ops
I started up the AoServer.exe and everything loaded fine. No registry hacks etc

True, that works...but come time to add a new patch it helps.

Ref patching, when you run the patch, it updates the master installs, so you simply copy the masters into your working directory.

Beta patches install themselves into OA/Expansions/Beta

What causes the orange question marks in the server browser? I finally managed to get my server working in CO by copying the OA stuff into the Arma2 folder but my server shows up with an orange ? and no ping. I ran an Arma 1 server on this same box no problem and all the ports are being properly forwarded through the firewall.
