Upgrading Windows based Server to 1.54

My server provider (Gameservers) is telling me that they can't upgrade my server because BI has not released a Windows based 1.54 patch yet. If this is the case, when will the Windows Server side patch be released?

The patch was released 2 days ago. It doesn't sound like your provider pays attention..

arma2oaserver.exe is part of patch updater ...

tell Your gameserver to use 7-zip to extract it ...

the dedicated windows server is also available on STEAM inside View > Tools section
