I have the right computer to run Arma

I'm sorry to say, you don't. Both the graphics adapter and sound are integrated chips on the motherboard. Also your processor is only really suited for office/school work. You need a better PC in order to run ArmA1.

This particular error is due to the graphics adapter not being capable of running ArmA1.

You don't downgrade it at all. You will still have dx10. You are just UPDATING dx9.

And yes, your computer is a little of the slow side.

The problem is the game can't find d3dx9_30.dll on your computer.

Try downloading that file manually and placing in into your system32 folder.

Link below. please be aware that downloading system files is not the best idea, but its just one suited directly to DirectX, so shouldn't be dangerous.

Link: http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?d3dx9_30

Im not 100% sure if it will be 100% safe to download, but just take it and place it into your WINDOWS/system32/ folder, it should work.

So basicly I'm going to spend hours to find the proper d3dx9 folder and paste it in there

DO NOT POST HERE LINKS TO SOME UNKNOWN SOURCES OF SYSTEM LIBRARIES

You can get it from the above link.
Once you go to the above link click "Fix dll errors now" button and it will fix the problem.

the only and correct way to solve this is to install latest DirectX redist for these OS

Feb2010 for the XP SP2 and older
Jun2010 for the XP3, any Vista and Seven

ensure You it's done as administrator if you have limited access rights ...
